COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program Request for Proposals (RFP) – Rolling Basis Acceptance
The Philadelphia Department of Public Health (“PDPH”) seeks to expand its usual network of vaccine providers by engaging agencies and organizations to build programs able to administer COVID-19 vaccine to Philadelphia residents. PDPH has contracted with PMHCC to solicit proposals from qualified agencies and organizations to implement the COVID-19 Community Vaccine Program (“the Program”). PDPH will be reviewing the proposals and is solely responsible for selecting qualified organizations to implement the Program.

The Racial & Economic Justice Fund provides $10,000 grants to groups that use community organizing to promote racial and economic justice at the local, state, national, or international levels. For groups applying to this Fund, racial and economic justice must be central to their vision, to their understanding of the issue they seek to address, and to their strategy for social change
