The Own Our Power Fund
Proposals are due on April 30, 2021
The Own Our Power Fund builds stronger reproductive and gender justice movements by increasing the power, agency, and self-determination that young women, trans, and queer youth of color have over their organizations.
We are excited to reopen the Own Our Power Fund for new capacity-building proposals. In 2021, we anticipate making 10-12 grants of $25,000 per year for two-year capacity building proposals through an open application process.
Grassroots Organizing for Social Change – June 1
The Ben and Jerry’s Foundation is inviting applications for its Grassroots Organizing for Social Change program.
Through the program, grants of up to $30,000 will be awarded to nonprofit community-organizing groups in the United States working to advance social and environmental justice and support sustainable and just food systems.
Health and Well-Being Grants
The application window closes at 5 pm ET on April 23, 2021. Programs should focus on health navigation to improve overall access to care, treatment, and prescriptions
Health disparities refer to differences in care and outcomes between groups of people–and are closely linked with social, economic, and environmental factors. Within these broad areas, disparities happen across many dimensions, including race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, age, location, gender, disability status, and sexual orientation.
